WUXI (China) - As the calendar flips into November that means the FIBA 3x3 World Tour is at the business end as excitement builds for the Wuxi Masters.

Here is all the important information you need before the 15th Masters of 2023.

Let's start with a Serb team, but it's not who you're thinking. Partizan (SRB) are inching closer to their World Tour breakthrough after a runner's-up finish in Abu Dhabi. 

 

The time feels right for them to seize the crown, but there are three teams in the draw who have already tasted glory on this season's World Tour. 

Of course, no one has had more success than top-ranked Ub Huishan NE (SRB) but they are in a long drought stretching almost three months on the World Tour. 

They will want to get back that winning feeling as the regular season draws to a close. 

Raudondvaris Hoptrans (LTU) and Ulaanbaatar MMC Energy (MGL) have also won Masters this season. If bucket getters Aurelijus Pukelis and Steve Sir heat up from downtown then these teams might be celebrating a second title. 

Lausanne Sport LS (SUI) have finally found consistency with back-to-back semis on the World Tour, but they won't be merely satisfied by that anymore. The Swiss want a first-ever Masters title. 

 

Paris (FRA) have struggled on the big stage, but need to be taken seriously because of Franck Seguela who can score from impossible angles. 

Marijampole Mantinga (LTU) and Saitama ALPHAS EXE (JPN) loom as dark horses, while Sansar MMC Energy (MGL) are always a threat because sniper Anand Ariunbold is deadly accurate on half-court.

It's with good reason he's nicknamed 'The Archer'. 

Who are the players to watch?

We'll start with the No.1 player in the world. Strahinja Stojacic might want to remind everyone that he's the best in the business after going through a tough spell by his lofty standards. 

He'll be made to work for the crown with his compatriot Stefan Milivojevic sizzling hot and becoming famous for hitting Maurice Lacroix Buzzer Beaters. 

If you want to see something ridiculous then look no further than Gilles Martin, who is always a contender to be the most spectacular player on the half-court. 

 

There are a couple of OG entertainers with Tomoya Ochiai and Dragan Bjelica still more than capable of schooling opponents. 

If you prefer those who play above the rim then buckle up because Modestas Kumpys is about to activate 'Flight Mode'. 

And we just have to give a shout out to one of the best to ever do it - Marko Savic whose IQ remains unrivalled on the half-court.
